To begin operation, perform the following:
1. From the DR. SPICE program group, double–click on the DR. SPICE icon. An Open dialog box appears, which allows you to choose a circuit file and select the operating mode. You can run DR. SPICE in one of three modes: batch, interactive, or streaming.
2. Select the *.cir file you want to simulate.
3. To run DR. SPICE in “batch” mode, click on the “Batch” button, then click on OK.
4. To run DR. SPICE in “interactive” mode, click on the “Interactive” button, then click on OK.
5. To run DR. SPICE in the “streaming” mode, where pre selected waveforms are automatically plotted during the simulation, click on the “Streaming” button, then click on OK.
