We are looking for an integrated Account Executive with extensive production knowledge across all channels, and retail category expertise to join our 7-Eleven team here in Dallas.


  • Manages client relationship and integrated marketing execution efforts (Digital/Social/Retail POP/Radio) with integrated agency teams
  • Experience with management of direct reports on the account team
  • Accountable for integrated client results across all relevant products/services
  • Works with Account Supervisor and client to drive projects forward to completion
  • Works with Account Supervisors to drive brand strategy and identifies/implements tactics to help achieve client objectives
  • Coordinates delivery of multiple products/services to client
  • Keeps team on schedule and on budget
  • Seeks to make contribution beyond basic job requirements
  • Some basic administrative tasks: meeting scheduling, conference reports, job opening & estimate processing
  • 2-4 years of client management experience, at a traditional, interactive, or direct marketing agency


  • Proven experience in working with teams of people and in working cross functionally across an organization
  • Knowledge of retail and shopper marketing, strategy, analytics and integrated campaign development
  • Creative thinking and strategic problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong client-service orientation
  • Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
  • Detail and deadline oriented
