Talent Payment Coordinator

 Role: 

We currently have an opening for a Talent Payment Coordinator. In this role, candidates will learn and work in a professional and collaborative
manner with Integrated Business Affairs, Broadcast Traffic, Production and Account Team to ensure that the talent residuals on assigned accounts are
estimated, paid accurately and tracked accordingly. Partner with Business Affairs Managers to assist with day to day Production-related responsibilities.  

  

 Responsibilities: 

· Generate talent session contracts 

· Assist with generating and revising Production Estimates 

· Assist with the processing of various production vendor P.O.s and invoices 

· Generate New Vendor Paperwork 

· Generate OOP Paperwork 

· Assist with obtaining third-party clearances (i.e. Facebook, Music, Talent) 

· Assist with finalizing production jobs within 120 days from signed estimate 

· Assist with TV re-edit and radio productions 

· Assist with foreign office talent estimate requests 

· Generate EZ Estimating/Excel Talent Reports 

· Generate Talent Residual Estimates 

· Create Talent Reuse Folders (with customized tabs based upon Client usage) 

· Generate Talent Completion Reports (confirm outgrade/downgrade/upgrade with Business Affairs Manager) 

· Pay Talent Residuals in payroll platform 

· Generate Holding Fee Notification notices to Account Team 

· Pay Holding Fees 

· Approve/Process Extreme Reach invoices for payment 

· Generate/Update Talent Reuse Tracking Sheets 

· Finalize residual jobs within 120 days from signed estimate 

  

Requirements/Qualifications: 

· Entry-level position 

· Agency background is a plus

· Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment  

· Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
