The Budget Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Director of Client Budget Management and support the Budget Managers in handling client billing and budget issues.
Work with Budget Mangers to ensure timely billing for client.
Interface with production departments to facilitate timely flow and distribution of production summary reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of job cost accounting.
Research as necessary to rectify potential problems, i.e., missing/unsigned estimates, overages, unbilled activity.
Prepare, distribute and track monthly job status reports.
Send billing requests to Omaha Shared Services and assemble billing packages to be sent to clients upon receipt.
Audit and review of employee expense reports to ensure compliance with client contracts and company policy.
Filing and other clerical work.
Great attitude required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the Budget Coordinator will be required to interface with various departments within the agency and potentially with Client.
Good computer skills and competent with Microsoft Excel
Detail oriented, able to juggle multiple clients, excellent organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changes and function in a fast paced environment
Although this is an entry level position, familiarity with working in an office environment is a must
