Budget Coordinator

Role:

The Budget Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Director of Client Budget Management and support the Budget Managers in handling client billing and budget issues.  


Responsibilities:

 Work with Budget Mangers to ensure timely billing for client.  

 Interface with production departments to facilitate timely flow and distribution of production summary reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of job cost accounting.

 Research as necessary to rectify potential problems, i.e., missing/unsigned estimates, overages, unbilled activity.

 Prepare, distribute and track monthly job status reports.  

 Send billing requests to Omaha Shared Services and assemble billing packages to be sent to clients upon receipt.

 Audit and review of employee expense reports to ensure compliance with client contracts and company policy.

 Miscellaneous Research. 

 Filing and other clerical work.


Requirements:

 Great attitude required

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the Budget Coordinator will be required to interface with various departments within the agency and potentially with Client.

 Good computer skills and competent with Microsoft Excel

 Detail oriented, able to juggle multiple clients, excellent organizational skills

 Ability to adapt to changes and function in a fast paced environment

 Although this is an entry level position, familiarity with working in an office environment is a must
