This facilities/operations professional will manage the day-to-day operations of two buildings in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere with a high level of customer service and a positive can-do attitude.


• Manage operations and maintenance for two buildings (close proximity)

• Manage on-going facilities/operations requests from the workforce 

• Manage operations of mailroom, reception, catering

• Hire, supervise and nurture Operations staff 

• Manage facilities vendors including engineering, security, janitorial, catering and valet parking

• Design and manage budget working closely with EVP, CFO

• Maintain inventory of office furniture and fixtures, equipment, and all stationery and supplies 

• Moving, set up and upkeep of offices and work areas

• Support VP, Director of Experience on  execution of internal Agency events and functions

• Enforcement of   agency rules and procedures related to office services and operations

• Inventory and issuance of office keys   

• Responsible for maintenance of furniture and fixtures, office equipment, air-conditioning, heating, and lighting 

• Execute equipment and office maintenance service contracts whenever feasible. Maintain good relationship with Building Management to ensure satisfactory service.


• 5-10 years of Facilities/Operations experience 

• Must have past experience managing others 

• Must be friendly with strong customer service skills

• Should be detail oriented and efficient
