Digital Account Supervisor

Role:

The Digital Account Supervisor works closely with clients and the Digital Account Director to direct the execution of digital marketing, user experience, loyalty marketing and product development initiatives. The ideal candidate must be comfortable building long-term client relationships and working across front-and back-end web site development, mobile, and emerging media activities. The Digital Account Supervisor works with a cross functional team on a daily basis which includes account managers, producers, technologists, media, creative/UX teams, data analysts and other department liaisons.

Responsibilities:

• Manages client relationship and digital marketing execution efforts with integrated agency teams 

• Experience with management of direct reports on the account team 

• Marketing expert across multiple media; industry expert in client’s core businesses 

• Accountable for integrated client results across all relevant products/services 

• Works with Account Director and client to uncover business needs and objectives 

• Works with Account Director to drive digital strategy and identifies/implements tactics to help achieve client objectives 

• Coordinates delivery of multiple products/services to client 

• Creates and interprets implications of data analysis; identifies opportunities for more advanced analysis in conjunction with Analyst 

• Keeps team on schedule and on budget 

• Seeks to make contribution beyond basic job requirements 

• 5-7 years of client management experience, at a traditional, interactive, or direct marketing agency 

• Candidate must have at least 4 years of digital marketing-specific experience (web, social, email, online media and mobile) 

Requirements:

• 5+ year demonstrated track record of developing senior-level client relationships – client references a strong positive 

• Proven experience in managing teams of people and in working cross functionally across an organization 

• Strong knowledge of interactive media, creative, and/or analytics a strong plus 

• At the forefront of knowledge and experience on all-things digital 

• Creative thinking and analytical problem solving 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• Strong client-service orientation 

• Comfortable with data, track record of leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities 

• Proven ability to manage projects to succes
