We are looking for a Corporate Communications Coordinator to join our team here at Deutsch!

  • Monitor all industry publications for press mentions and publish news on Deutsch social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Collaborate with internal + LA team on social media strategy: develop content ideas, work with Production, Social, and Corp Comms team to brainstorm and create creative posts and copy
  • Deutsch Good: Work with LA + internal team to gather ideas, research opportunities, create budgets and implement projects following Deutsch Good mission
  • Curate and send out weekly internal newsletter announcing press, new hires, agency news and more; communicate with LA team to ensure all news is gathered before sending email Friday afternoons
  • Compile all press, speaking and judging opportunities in Master Coverage list
  • Draft press releases, award submission write-ups, executive bios and other written deliverables as needed
  • Work with Creative and Account teams to gather deliverables and assets upon request
  • Create clips for every publication/Deutsch mention and organize by month/year
  • Handle all timesheets, expense reports and trip bookings for approximately 5 assigned department heads
  • Work with Operations to perform Reception coverage if/when needed
  • And any other assigned duties as requested



  • Passion and skill for writing
  • Internship/professional experience in communications or journalism
  • Interest in social media and cultural trends
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (experience Keynote is a plus)
  • Proactive worker
  • Highly effective time management and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
  • Positive, professional attitude at all times


Education: BA/BS Marketing, Communications, or other related field
