The Digital Media Buyer utilizes data insights, algorithms and auction-based solutions to serve ad to the right user at the right time and at the right price.


  • Previous hands on experience using a DSP is required, ideally Google’s solution
  • Hands on experience setting up and running both social and programmatic campaigns (not outsourcing)
  • Strong understanding of search, with hands on experience a plus
  • Proven analytical thinking
  • Proven ability to work with software/platforms
  • Proven ability to work independently and multi-task: Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience required


  • Devises strategies for auction-based media solutions across programmatic display/video, search and social based on client objectives
  • Builds programmatic media recommendations based on previous experience handling programmatic campaigns
  • Maintains clients’ campaigns: project management, execution, reporting and communication
  • Stay up to speed with the latest developments across algorithmic solutions within social and search
  • Hands on ability to set bids, audiences and creative rotation directly within various platforms based on client needs (search, social, programmatic)
  • Manages media buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, and 3rd party ad servers
  • Builds relationships with media representatives to maintain business partnerships; provides account updates and briefings for industry trends
  • Ability to target and track key prospects in local markets based on first and third party data segments
  • Work closely with BI/Analytics to appropriately track and optimize campaigns
