Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our account management team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in advertising, marketing, media, or client services. The Account Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the larger team, assist with project coordination, help manage internal billing and documentation processes, and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the full account team including billing, shipping materials, information tracking and organizing,
- Assist with project management and learning the process of various workstreams from start to finish.
- Help organize client meetings and oversee client appreciation initiatives, including birthdays, holidays, and gift coordination
- Lead competitive analysis reports on an ongoing basis
- Assist with procuring customized items for ongoing brand loyalty projects, working with vendors and sourcing items accordingly
- Support internal billing and invoicing processes with finance
- Coordinate communication between internal departments including creative, media, production, and finance teams as needed
- Review materials for accuracy and ensure deadlines are met
- Organize files, manage spreadsheets, and maintain account information in internal decks
- Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Internship or prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, budgets, and project management tools
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Compensation
Deutsch offers top of the line benefits, 401K, unlimited PTO and more. The salary for this role is $40,000 plus paid overtime. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
