Hybrid schedule 3X week in office

We are looking for an Account Executive. This person will be in an integrated role and will work closely with the team to manage various pieces of business (including but not limited to: Always on Social, Social Campaigns, Digital, and Broadcast) for the BEHR brand.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have experience and be comfortable in being the contact for Agency, Clients and Client IAT partners alike on all projects that they are managing directly. It’s important that this person own the meetings, think proactively about client needs and can prove to be reliable when it comes to follow up and action needed to move things along smoothly.
- Must have a positive, high-energy attitude. We have great clients that are smart marketers and fun people. They react best to Agency managers that show a passion for their business and for the projects that we are tasked with handling.
- Support Account Planning and Creative teams during developmental phases to help collect, organize and provide all necessary creative assets and marketing materials.
- Collaboratively manage creative teams, kick-off projects and convey Client feedback.
- Organize and manage deliverable needs for all pertinent workstreams including specs, quantities, ship/ air dates, legal lines, versioning, AD-IDs, etc. to ensure all requirements are met. QC final deliverables, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure concepts are routed through proper channels at all stages of creative & production (BA, legal, proofing, etc).
- Maintain up-to-date information on and weekly status reports for all assigned projects across internal/client and IAT status docs.
- Compile diligent internal and external meeting/review notes and send concise creative recaps after every meeting.
- Work to develop/help refine client presentations, including the ability to proofread.
- Work with Account team to present to Clients and lead both internal and client meetings with confidence.
- Lead reoccurring status calls, including maintaining up-to-date information on weekly status reports, internally, with clients and agency IAT partners.
- Help oversee estimates/billing.
- Hold thorough understanding of social, digital and broadcast production.
- Confident in managing the production and launch of multiple social campaigns at one time.
- Able to work with various producers and production teams to create and manage timelines, as well as hold teams to deadlines and ensure deliverables are met.
Requirements:
- 2 years of full-time experience in account management at a full-service agency
- Hold understanding of Paid and Organic Social, Production along with a basic understanding of/experience in video production.
- Solid written communication skills with a specific attention to detail.
- Reliable when it comes to following up, and conscientious about working with a sense of urgency in order to keep up project momentum.
- Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and you often go the extra mile for your team, clients, and agency.
- LA based, with mandatory in-office hours 3 days per week Tues – Thurs
- You are mastering the core processes of account management. You understand how to apply ongoing learnings to future projects and workstreams and have the motivation to develop processes that work well for your team.
- Proven experience in managing teams of people and in working cross functionally across an organization
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Word), Keynote, PowerPoint, and teams.
- Nectar or Sprinklr Knowledge a plus.
Compensation:
Deutsch offers top of the line benefits, 401K, unlimited PTO and more. The salary for this role is $70,350. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
