Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Supervisor with extensive production knowledge across all channels, to play a key role in exciting new accounts on our team. This role requires someone equally comfortable leading high-stakes, celebrity-driven integrated productions and managing the fast-moving cadence of an always-on social account. This person will work closely with the entire integrated team of planners, creatives, producers, BA, external agency partners, and multiple clients to lead 360 brand campaigns and ongoing brand owned social content (including but not limited to: Celebrity-driven Broadcast, Social, Radio, and OOH).

This role is for someone who is self-sufficient and requires little oversight. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial-minded and will be able to quickly learn, manage and help find ways to improve our client’s processes and business. As this role will contribute to multiple client accounts, we are looking for someone who is excited to dive into cross-category work and brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead simultaneous projects and workstreams across integrated media for client campaigns. This includes developing & supervising project timelines & budgets in conjunction with department leads, facilitating the timely flow of information between departments, proactively anticipating and managing client needs and implications on the business, and overseeing internal and external teams.
  • Lead the day-to-day operating rhythm for always-on social accounts, including quarterly planning, editorial calendars, content development, reactive workstreams, publishing coordination, community management, and performance reporting.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Creative and Community Management to identify platform-relevant opportunities, manage rapid-turn reactive work, and ensure content is culturally and contextually appropriate for social channels.
  • Partner with Group Account Director, Production and Business Affairs to manage celebrity-driven campaign workstreams, including talent approvals, agent/management communications, production logistics, usage and licensing considerations, creative review materials, riders, travel and schedule dependencies.
  • Establish, manage, and maintain solid relationship with clients through frequent communication and clear expectation-setting.
  • Represent Deutsch within client IATs, clearly managing agency roles, dependencies, handoffs, approvals and escalation points across media, PR, influencer, shopper and other partner agencies.
  • Contribute a strategic point of view to help enhance creative ideas.
  • Partner with Strategy and Analytics to understand social and campaign performance, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and bring learnings forward into future briefs and content planning.
  • Work with Group Account Director to drive brand strategy and identify/implement tactics to help achieve client objectives
  • Keep team on schedule and on budget

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of account management experience, ideally across both integrated campaign production and social-first brand work.
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast/CTV and integrated production from creative development through pre-production, shoot, post-production, talent approval, clearance and delivery.
  • Experience working on celebrity- or talent-led productions, with familiarity with Business Affairs, SAG-AFTRA, usage/licensing, talent approvals and agent/management processes strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing always-on brand social programs, including content calendars, organic social production, reactive content, community management workflows and social reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok content formats, platform behaviors and social-first creative development.
  • Proven experience executing productions on time and in budget across multiple media channels (esp. TV, basic digital, radio, and design)
  • Creative thinking and strategic problem solving
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong judgment in prioritizing competing client needs, identifying risks early, and escalating issues with proposed solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong client-service orientation
  • Track record of leadership and working cross departments and with partner agencies
  • Proven ability to manage simultaneous projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
