HYBRID SCHEDULE- 3x a week in office
Deutsch is looking for a bilingual Jr. Social Strategist to join our strategy community. This role is focused on finding ways to make brands relevant on social media and in culture. This role will also need to understand Hispanic culture and be able to creatively write in Spanish.
This job is perfect for you if:
- You have hands-on experience managing a brand’s social media community - engaging with and responding to fan content, pitching and creating original content, and creating content calendars
- You have an in-depth understanding of all social platforms and how to strategically leverage them for brand/fan engagement (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Threads)
- You have your pulse on internet culture, know the latest trends, new social platforms, and can quickly identify opportunities for brands to activate
- You are eager to learn and collaborate with a team of strategists and creatives
- You have experience with social media reporting - organic, paid, and social listening
- You have experience with social media management and listening tools (e.g. Sprinklr)
The responsibilities of a Jr Social Strategist:
- Create engaging content and content calendars
- Provide daily moderation of posts
- Help develop and action a brand’s social vision across platforms - both for emerging platforms and traditional ones
- Identify the most engaging opportunities for brands to participate in whether it be in regard to internet trends/culture or social listening
- Constantly monitor conversations and trends and pitch content ideas to the broader team
- Report on social performance in paid campaign and organic social efforts
- Assist with managing influencers and brand ambassadors
Compensation:
Deutsch offers top of the line benefits, 401K, unlimited PTO and more. The salary for this role is $67,000-$70,000. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
