We are looking for a Senior Brand Planner to work across various accounts who has a ton of ambition and unmistakable talent and drive. This person should be confident expressing their strategic insights internally as well as with clients, likes to get their hands dirty in research, and keeps up with current trends.
Draft, revise and present briefs/decks
Create and analyze quantitative studies
Gain the perception as a thought leader by acting as a key contributor in the development of campaign platforms, brand positioning and strategy
Consistently add value to the process through the introduction of new ideas, different approaches and an open mind
Make compelling arguments that move from data to simple, clear, human ideas.
Consistently generate innovative thinking that challenges the conventional approach.
Actively look for emerging theory and perspective that can “break open” the process
Act as a mentor to Junior Planners through day-to-day overseeing of work and progress
Inspire Creative, Media and Account teams by introducing new approaches, insights and ways of working.
Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working in an agency
Must be a great writer and exceptional storyteller
Good creative sense and ability to distinguish great ideas from mediocre ones
Creative problem-solving skills
Can bring audiences to life in an empathetic and compelling way
Loves to learn and teach others
